Welcome to Momo Hero! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.momohero.com, including any sub-pages, prompt marketplaces, and the upcoming SaaS platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. DEFINITIONS
"Platform" or "Website" refers to Momo Hero, available via www.momohero.com, which includes an AI business plan template generator, money model builders, financial modeling tools, pitch deck generators, and prompt marketplaces.
"Provider" refers to Sole Proprietor (FOP) Pimenov Volodymyr Volodymyrovych, registered under the laws of Ukraine.
"User" or "You" refers to any individual or corporate entity accessing, purchasing, or using the Platform's services.
"Digital Products" refers to downloadable prompts, AI-generated business plan templates, financial spreadsheets, pre-made frameworks, and any early bird SaaS subscription credits sold on the Platform.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
Momo Hero provides an enterprise-level AI business plan template builder, custom money models based on user input, competitor analysis tools (via formulas like POSCO), and prompt toolkits. Services are delivered digitally, either as instant downloads, copy-paste prompts, or cloud-based generation systems. Users can also participate in the "Early Bird" program to secure future access to our upcoming Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SAFETY
To access certain features, you may be required to register an account or provide an email address. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for protecting your credentials and for all actions taken under your account or email session.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content included on the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, tool designs, underlying proprietary prompt architectures, algorithms, formulas (including the proprietary application of POSCO formula), and software, is the property of the Provider or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
License Grant: Upon purchasing a Digital Product or prompt, the Provider grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the product for personal or internal business planning. Users are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing Momo Hero's raw prompts, templates, or structures to third parties as standalone products.
5. COMMERCIAL USE OF OUTPUTS
Users own the finalized texts, business plans, pitch decks, and financial models they generate using the Momo Hero platform, provided they have complied with these Terms. You may use these outputs to present to investors, financial institutions, partners, or internal teams.
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
As a condition of your use of the Platform, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of regional, national, or international laws;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models, prompt engineering patterns, or codebase of Momo Hero;
- Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or extraction tools on the Platform without explicit written authorization;
- Use our proprietary brand voice, assets, or trademarks to create competing services.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Momo Hero is an AI-assisted text and model generator. It provides recommendations, framework suggestions, and structure based on statistical models and data training. The Provider does not guarantee the financial success, regulatory compliance, or investor acceptance of any business plan or money model created via the Platform. All financial models and pitch decks are provided as customizable templates and tools; they do not constitute professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
9. MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products and upcoming SaaS tiers are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
