RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Important Notice on Digital Goods: Because Momo Hero provides digital assets, immediate AI generations, copy-paste prompts, and structural frameworks which are downloadable and reproducible instantly, distinct refund criteria apply under international consumer protection laws and the Civil Code of Ukraine.
1. IMMEDIATE DIGITAL GOODS & PROMPTS
1.1. Pursuant to consumer protection standards governing digital content, all sales of instantly downloadable prompt packages, text guides, and templates are final and non-refundable once the download link has been clicked, accessed, or delivered via email.
1.2. By completing your purchase of prompts (such as those offered on our page "7 Ingredients for Writing a Business Plan"), you explicitly acknowledge and consent that the performance of services begins immediately, and you waive your statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off or withdrawal period for that digital asset.
2. AI BUSINESS PLAN GENERATION CREDITS
2.1. If you purchase subscription tokens or multi-use generation credits to build custom money models or financial sheets, refunds cannot be issued for tokens that have already been expended to process AI actions, API requests, or competitor scans.
2.2. Unused credits or premium subscription time may be eligible for a refund evaluation within 14 calendar days of the initial payment, provided that zero platform resources, templates, or AI models have been executed or downloaded during that timeframe.
3. EARLY BIRD SAAS PRE-ORDERS
3.1. Users who join our "Early Bird" program to pre-order access to the upcoming full automated SaaS version of Momo Hero are eligible for a complete refund upon request at any point prior to the official public release or beta launch of said SaaS system.
3.2. Once the Early Bird user is granted operational access, dashboard privileges, or system login credentials to the deployed SaaS infrastructure, the pre-order turns into an active operational subscription and becomes subject to standard SaaS subscription rules (non-refundable for the current billing cycle, cancelable for future cycles).
4. MALFUNCTIONS AND TECHNICAL DEFECTS
In the event that a digital file is corrupted, a download link fails mechanically, or an AI generation completely fails to process due to a server-side bug, the Provider will fix the issue within 3 business days of being notified. If the Provider is unable to supply a functional version of the purchased asset, a full refund of the specific item cost will be issued.
5. REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
To submit a claim or request an eligible refund, please execute the following steps:
1. Send an email to: pimenov@cityprofit.com.ua from the email address used during purchase.
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request - Momo Hero [Your Order ID / Date]".
3. State the specific reasons for your request and append payment validation receipts.
Valid and approved requests will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Funds will be returned via the same transaction channel or directly to the original bank card utilized during checkout.
